Breakfast :

1 Loaf Brown Bread + 30-60 g Halloumi Cheese + Cucumber slices + 1 Light Tea / Coffee + 1 Peach

lunch :

1/2 cup Basmati Rice + 1 cup light Moloukhiye with chicken breasts + 1 cup soft salad + 1 cup light Veg. Jello

Dinner :

2 Brown Toast + 1-2 Tbsp Light Labneh + Slices of Lebanese Delights + 1 Green Applehalloum
