Breakfast :

2 Oat Toast + 1-2 Tbsp light labneh + Lebanese Vegetable Basket + 1 cup Light Tea/coffee + 1 banana

Lunch :

1 Slice brown Bread + 60-90 g grilled Beef kaftah + 2 cups Fattoush + 1 cup light custard

Dinner :

30-60 g Tuna in Water + Lebanese vegetable slices + Barley bread squares + 1 poire
